SOME provides emergency housing for seniors who have been abused, neglected, financially exploited, or displaced at Kuehner Place. Kuehner House is a temporary (90 day) housing program.

Residents have their own rooms
Hot, nutritious meals daily
Support in obtaining Social Security and public benefits
Support in obtaining affordable, long-term housing
Access to supportive services, including healthcare

Eligibility: Applicants must be/have:
A resident of DC
Age 60 or over
Make less than $1,900 a month
Have a negative TB test within the past 12 months
Six months clean and sober
Capable of self-care
No recent history of violence
Not on the lifetime sexual offenders list
An identified need for stabilization services
