Perennial House provides short-term housing for young parents and their newborns plus siblings as they work towards the goals of healthy birth outcomes and independent living.
Application: Most referrals come from the Virginia Williams Family Resource Center. Individuals can call directly. There is an intake and assessment process with an interview.
