Career Training Programs

Organization: Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School

The Career Training programs at Carlos Rosario School are aimed to help English language learners earn entry-level certifications in high-wage, high-demand sectors in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Students complete classroom instruction and hands-on work in small cohorts guided by industry professionals. Upon graduation, students receive industry-recognized certifications to strengthen their candidacy for entry-level jobs with family-sustaining wages in high-demand industries. Program supports include internship opportunities, post-secondary education advising, and employability skills coaching. Programs surround construction, education, healthcare, hospitality, and technology fields.
