Case management

Organization: Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington

Our Family Centers serve as gateways to help for all types of crises and needs. Our Southeast Family Center focuses on keeping families in their homes, support for mothers struggling with cancer, and working to find employment or other forms of assistance to treat long-term challenges, access to many programs and one-on-one case management

Do you need help but you are not sure where to go? We are a great resource to connect you with help available within Catholic Charities, other nonprofits or the DC government. Call for an appointment with a Family Support Worker.
