Teen Parent Empowerment Program (TPEP) is a series of classes for teen parents or parents-to-be. TPEP meets weekly. It is offered at no cost. Each week, about 10-20 young moms like you attend TPEP. At TPEP, you’ll be surrounded by other young moms. You’ll get a nourishing meal. If you’ve already had your baby, you’ll have childcare during classes.
