Jubilee Jobs is a non-profit workforce development provider in the Greater Washington Region. At Jubilee Jobs, we pride ourselves on encouraging every applicant throughout the entire job process, which begins with initial meetings with job counselors, moves to workshops (interviewing skills, conflict resolution, goal-setting) and ends with the individual obtaining a job. The vision of the Next Step program helps currently employed clients move towards stabilization and greater economic self-sufficiency.

Jubilee Jobs programs are available for every willing, ready and able to work resident. We have developed an amazing relationship with hiring managers, which enables us to help clients find jobs.
