Seabury care managers guide older adults and their families through the process of planning for long-term needs. Seabury’s Care Management team is dedicated to improving the quality of life as well as maintaining independence for their clients.
Care Management provides counsel to families on key issues that could include elder law attorneys, home care providers, senior living communities, physicians, rehabilitation centers, mental health providers, financial planners, and others to promote a positive aging experience.
