Participants benefit from a three-week (15 sessions) Progressive Employment Program (PEP), family-oriented strength-based case management, job placement, and follow-up support to facilitate job retention, and other pertinent services through referrals, along with the services provided by CSC, will comprise a comprehensive array of services. The progressive employment program is also focusing on innovative ideas to build a strong career pathway for the clients, which will help create more career opportunities that align with the focused on becoming.
