Show Up, Stand Out

Organization: Edgewood/Brookland Family Support Collaborative

Through funding received from the Office of Victim Services Justice Grants (OVSJG), the Show Up, Stand Out (SUSO) truancy prevention program targets students who have accumulated five to nine unexcused absences. Program activities include school-wide attendance incentives, home visits, family case management, concrete supports to families, parent engagement activities, and attendance education. E/BFSC currently partners with the following schools under the SUSO program:

Amidon-Bowen Elementary School
Browne Education Campus
Jefferson Academy
Langdon Elementary School
Miner Elementary School
Two Rivers Public Charter School - 4th Street and Young Campus
Van Ness Elementary School
Walker-Jones Education Campus
