Transition to Independence Process (TIP) Model is a tool to work with youth transitioning from youth services to adult services. Our youth peer mentors help young adults develop vision boards and success plans toward their success goals. The model includes the support of parent and natural supports to help the young person in a process that prepares and facilitates their movement toward greater self-sufficiency and successful achievement of their goals. We provide education support to young adults in college.
