Total Family Care Coalition
Our teen parent program supports teen parent ages 16 to 22. We provide supportive services by individuals who have “lived experience.” Our supportive services are open to the teen, teen dads and parent and natural supports. We monitor and support healthy relationships and encourage reconnections in strained family relationships. We believe providing a newborn with the best opportunity for having a bright future begins during pregnancy and beyond.
In addition to teen parenting supporting, our supportive practices include linkages to community resources, housing, and trainings to enhance parenting skills.
TFCC provides peer recovery support services to individuals in recovery and contemplating recovery. We host weekly recovery support groups for seniors and young people. The groups provide information and linkages to community recovery treatment resources, information on opioids, misuse of prescription drugs and act as a distribution center for training on how administer NARCAN. Recovery support programs supports whole health for successful of the individual.
