Chevy Chase Presbyterian Church
CCPC members and others volunteer as teachers and tutors in the Sunday-afternoon program. Small groups of students work with tutors at different learning levels. Emphasis is on conversation, written and oral comprehension and vocabulary building. Part of each day’s classes are dedicated to a whole-group activity, which creates a sense of togetherness and inclusivity.
