Organization:
Mary House
Mary House’s primary focus is its transitional housing program for low-income immigrant and refugee families. We serve diverse populations in both DC and Maryland and continue to expand the traditional definition of "family." This expanded definition includes intergenerational families, single mothers, two-parent households, and pregnant women. All families living at Mary House are united in their desire to provide a safe and secure environment for their children.
Mary House case workers work with families to obtain the medical care, education, legal representation, and employment that best suits their needs. Our families are provided with a strong network of support that is dedicated to ensuring their needs are met.
