The Ralph ‘Petey’ Greene EFEC Scholarship Fund, gives $1,000.00 scholarship grants to the children of ex-offenders. Many of the children of ex-offenders would not have the opportunity to pursue a college education without this financial assistance. Envisioning this fund as a way to “to give something back” EFEC has awarded thirty-two (32) grants since 1986.
