- Breastfeeding, pumping, returning to work and bottle nursing education
- Infant care education (including bathing, feeding, and safety education)
- Safe sleep and co-sleeping education
- Infant development education
- Babywearing information
- Parenting education
- Light food preparation
- Light housework
- Nutrition guidance for breastfeeding
- Providing referrals for local resources
