MK’s Street Outreach Team seeks out and supports the most vulnerable and hard-to-reach people experiencing homelessness.
Our focus is to work with clients in the following neighborhoods: Foggy Bottom, Georgetown, near the State Department and the National Mall. Our team will locate these clients and help them move into permanent housing, while connecting them to mental and physical health services, social security benefits and employment.
