If you are eligible, you will then be given an appointment for a comprehensive assessment that will require you to be at the clinic for 3-4 hours. You must show photo identification upon arrival. A licensed counselor will meet with you to conduct a biopsychosocial history. In addition, you will receive a physical examination, including blood work and urinalysis the same day, if possible.
