Shelter Diversion
The Shelter Diversion program serves Prince George’s County residents who are in danger of becoming homeless. The full-time case manager provides callers with one-on-one counseling and case management. If placement to the shelter becomes necessary, the case manager can help to facilitate the process. Shelter Diversion services include traveler’s aid resources, case management, assistance with entitlements, crisis planning and counseling.
